Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing begins after payment confirmation and verification of order details. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Shipping methods are selected automatically based on package size, weight, and destination.


Shipping Costs

We provide free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee, which will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Total delivery time, including processing, is typically 5 to 9 business days.
Please note that delivery times begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.
Delivery estimates exclude weekends and federal holidays and may be delayed due to unforeseen events such as weather or carrier disruptions.


Order Cut-Off Time

To guarantee same-day processing, please place your order before 6:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00), Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the following business day.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking details are generally activated within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.


Holidays and Non-Processing Days

We do not process or ship orders on official U.S. federal holidays or weekends.
Normal operations resume on the next business day.


Address Accuracy and Changes

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@harlowtrends.com or calling +1 (424) 403-7644.
Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.


Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed, please check your tracking status and contact the carrier first.
If you cannot resolve the issue with the carrier, contact us at support@harlowtrends.com for assistance.
Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional shipping charges payable by the customer.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Currently, we ship only within the United States, so customs fees do not apply.
Should international shipping become available, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.


Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email by contacting customer service.
We cannot guarantee cancellations after this period, especially if your order has already been processed or shipped.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately via email at support@harlowtrends.com, including clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


Partial Shipments

Some orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments depending on product availability or warehouse location.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number and delivery timeline.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate shipping restrictions or where delivery is not feasible.
