Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
  • Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Final sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Intimate apparel and personal hygiene products
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards

Return Initiation Process

  • Contact our support team at support@harlowtrends.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
  • Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  • Returns without an RMA will be refused.

Return Shipping and Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except when the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend insured, trackable shipping methods. Harlow Trends is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately at support@harlowtrends.com with photos and order details.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Processing time at your bank or payment provider may vary.

Sale Items and Store Credit

  • Sale items can be returned but are not eligible for refunds; store credit will be issued instead.
  • Store credit is valid for 1 month from the issue date and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not accepted.
  • To get a different item or size, return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Partial Returns

  • Partial returns are accepted. Refunds will be issued only for the returned items.
  • Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable unless the entire order is canceled.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed due to fast order processing.
  • If cancellation is not possible, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

Return Address

  • Return shipments must be sent only to the authorized address provided after RMA approval.
  • Returns sent elsewhere may be lost or refused.

Shipping Restrictions on Returns

  • We do not accept returns shipped to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
  • Customers shipping from outside the U.S. are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and shipping costs.

Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available for items damaged due to improper use, negligence, or alteration after delivery.

Gift Returns

  • Gifts can be returned within 30 days for store credit only.
  • Proof of purchase from the gift giver may be required.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Harlow Trends is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
  • We recommend using secure shipping addresses.
